Joan Wong Si Ying was appointed as Acting Head of Company for Johor Singapore Housing Subsidy in April 2023. She is also the Development Director for Iskandar Investment Berhad(IIB). Before this, Joan wong was a Director at Dynamic Ascension Management Sdn Bhd which primarily focuses on property development, building construction, and project management.

Joan Wong also holds several key posts with the Real Estate Housing Developers Association (REHDA), serving the REHDA Selangor branch and REHDA Youth. He is currently serving as an advisor to the REHDA Youth and as the Ampang Jaya / Hulu Selangor / Selayang Zone Chairman on behalf of REHDA Selangor since 2010.

Joan Wong graduated with BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa State.
