The Park

The Park aims to provide a green residential and office address surrounded by healthy recreation and lifestyle opportunities, rich in activities and intimate spaces that encourage outdoor interaction and enjoyment. The Park will strengthen the identity of Zone A by providing a recognizable 'park living' environment connected to essential open space linkages and destinations. Open spaces will be connected across public, communal and private needs to create a holistic green experience. Smaller pockets of green spaces will be linked to the surrounding linear parks to create a continuation of the greenscape within the city.

The vision for The Park masterplan is to deliver a rich, layered urban community within a compact footprint set within high quality open space. The proposed use of land plot is as below:
